Dr. Brian Abbott is currently on staff at Rhode Island Hospital. His academic appointments include Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at Brown Medical School, Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Section of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine, and Associate Director of the Yale Cardiology Fellowship Program. He is a member of the Education Committee, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the Scientific Session Committee, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Leo HB Baur, MD, PhD
Dr. Leo Baur currently serves in The Department of Cardiology, Atrium Medical Centre, in The Netherlands. Additional affiliations include the Department of Cardiology at Leiden University and the Department of Cardiology at Maastricht University. He is certified by the National Board of Echocardiography.

Norman Bolus, MPH, CNMT
Norman Bolus is the Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator of the Nuclear Medicine Technology Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a member of The Society of Nuclear Medicine, The Health Physics Society and The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

John P. Fatchett II, AAS, RDMS
John P. Fatchett II is currently an ultrasound practitioner at the University of Michigan Health System, Ann Arbor, MI. John has extensive experience interpreting, dictating, and performing ultrasound examinations. He participates in a variety of educational activities including training, lecturing, and researching in many areas of ultrasound.

Gregory Hornstein, RT(R), BSRT(R)
Gregory Hornstein is a CT Technologist with Providence Everett Medical Center in Everett, Washington. He has conducted lectures on trauma medical Imaging, cross sectional analysis, CT, MRI, and advanced imaging modalities. He also has multiple web developments.

Kimberly Luse, MEd, RT(R)
Kimberly Luse is the Assistant Professor of the Clinical-Advanced Medical Imaging Technology Program at the University of Cincinnati College of Allied Health. She has also worked as a technologist in both cardiovascular angiography and MRI at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. She participated in the Educational Foundations Doctoral Program at the University of Cincinnati.

April Mann CNMT, RT(N)
April Mann won 1st Place in the Cardiovascular Council Award, Technologist Papers. She lectured at the 47th Annual Society of Nuclear Medicine Meeting in St. Louis, Missouri. She is currently the Manager of Non-Invasive Cardiology at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut.

Bobbi Marshall, RN, BSN
Bobbi Marshall received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. Her leadership roles have included: Clinical Supervisor of the University of Michigan’s Cardiac Procedures Unit, Educational Coordinator of the University of Michigan’s ECMO Program and Cardiac Procedures Unit and Chairperson of the Clinical Practice Education and Research Committee. Bobbi has also served as an International school nurse in Japan and currently resides in Hong Kong.

Elaine Moore, MT (ASCP)
Elaine Moore earned her degree in Medical Technology from the University of Toledo and attended the University of Colorado for her graduate work. Tami Moskal, BS, MA
Tami Moskal received her Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University as well as her Master of Arts from Michigan State University. She is an adjunct instructor in English at Cleary University in Howell, Michigan. She is also a teacher consultant for the National Writing Project for the Eastern Michigan chapter.

David C. Neumann BSME, MS Eng, MSLIS
David C. Neumann has advanced degrees in both mechanical engineering and information science. He holds numerous patents for a variety of x-ray machine components and is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.

Saabry Osmany, MD
Saabry Osmany is currently on staff in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and PET and Singapore General Hospital. He received his medical degree from Dhaka Medical College in Dhaka, Bangladesh and did his residency in Nuclear Medicine at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.

Mark Pierce, RT(R)(CT)
Mark Pierce is the Supervisor of CT Scan, Ultrasound, and Radiology Engineering at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. With over 20 years experience as an imaging technologist , Mark has worked in nearly all areas of radiology including CT, nuclear medicine, general imaging and QA. Mark authored the popular study guide, Comprehensive Review for the Radiology Registry (Lippincott /Williams and Wilkins Publishing).

John Posh, RT(R)(MR)
John Posh is the Vice President of Operations for InSight Health Services, Bethlehem, PA. He earned his certificate in Advanced Imaging Technology from the Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Advanced Imaging.

Victoria M. Rohrer has a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and has worked for many years as a research scientist and technical writer. She also has extensive experience in both quality assurance and image processing techniques.

Lois E. Romans, BA, RT(R)(CT)
President of ECEI and creator of CE Source™, Lois Romans currently works at the University of Michigan Health Systems in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has worked as a consultant for both General Electric Medical Systems and the ARRT. As part of the ARRT team, Lois helped develop the first national certification examination for CT. She is the author of four textbooks: Introduction to Computed Tomography; Questions and Explanations in CT; Computed Tomography for Technologists: A Comprehensive Text and it’s accompanying, Computed Tomography for Technologists: Exam Review.

Robert Singer, PhD
Bob Singer's academic achievements include a PhD in Cell Biology, an MA in Biology, and a BA in Biology. He has authored several scientific publications including research articles and book chapters. Having worked as a Senior Editor, Editorial Director and Director of Continuing Medical Education, Dr. Singer currently serves as a Medical Education Consultant in New Jersey.

Renee Tetreault-Abiad, MEd
Renee Tetreault Abiad is currently a seventh and eighth grade science teacher at General Brock Elementary, Windsor, Ontario, in Canada. She received her Masters in Education from Wayne State University, Detroit, in 2004 where she focused on statistical evaluation and assessment, and theory of American education.

Lorena Tonarelli, BSc(Hons) MSc
UK resident Lorena Tonarelli is a freelance healthcare journalist and medical writer specialized in Alzheimer’s dementia, age-related diseases and conditions, care of the elderly, and human relations. Since 2004, she has been publishing continuing professional development articles, educational articles, features and news in magazines, journals and newsletters distributed in the UK, US, Canada and Australia. Lorena has a science masters from the Open University specializing in neurodegenerative disorders, drug development and medical imaging (MRI); and a BSc(Hons) degree from the University of Pisa, Italy. She trained as a journalist at the London School of Journalism, in the UK. A member of the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) and the Medical Journalists Association (MJA), Lorena is familiar with both American and British English usage, and is the author of several books and e-books on Alzheimer’s disease, swine influenza A(H1N1), seasonal influenza, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension and weight loss. She is involved in projects for medical communication agencies and major pharmaceutical companies, including conference attendance and reporting, worldwide.

Andy Trovinger, RT(R)(MR)(CT)(CV)
Andy Trovinger works in a large private radiology practice with many offices throughout Colorado.  Prior to moving out west, Andy was the Senior MRI Technical Support Specialist for the American Radiology Services in Baltimore, Maryland.

Alan Vespie, MEd, RT(R), CNMT
Alan Vespie is the Assistant Clinical Professor Program Director at the University of Cincinnati. He has a Masters Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction and is pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Multicredentialing Issues in Allied Health Education. Elaine Wacholtz, PhD
Elaine Wacholtz is an experienced medical writer and editor and has been employed with various medical companies. She has a Ph.D. in Cognition & Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas, as well as a Master of Science with a focus on Cognition & Neuroscience. She has contributed to many medical publications, including the online medical resource FirstConsult.com.

Dr. Sanjiva Wijesinha, MBBS, MSc, FRCS, FACS, FRACGP
Associate Professor Sanjiva Wijesinha teaches medical students in the School of Primary Health Care at Monash University Medical School in Melbourne, Australia and also coordinates Monash’s postgraduate distance education courses in Men’s Health and Cardiovascular Health. He has been a GP trainer for Andrology Australia’s Men’s Health programme since its inception. After graduating from the University of Ceylon in Sri Lanka, Dr. Wijesinha trained as a paediatric surgeon in Sri Lanka and the UK, and completed a research degree as a Commonwealth scholar at Oxford University in England. He worked as a paediatric surgeon for fifteen years in Sri Lanka and Hong Kong before moving to Australia in 1996 and retraining as a family physician.
